Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

You may return our product if you are in any way unhappy with it.

We expect that the returned product will be in the same condition that you received it; if not, please give us more details on the reason for your return in order for us to improve our product.

We will refund your product once we received your return, or we will replace any damaged item(s) that you return (excluding the samples included because they may change or discontinue).

Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please include your order number and do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We want to be proud of our quality of products we supply.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds. If you haven’t received a refund after a reasonable period, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Sale items are refunded at the order price.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, please email us at sales@senseableplay.com so that we know to send you another item and not refund.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping returns

If you did not receive a return label with your parcel, please contact us at sales@senseableplay.com for the address.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be refunded on the price of the product as on your order but not the full amount you paid, because shipping cost is not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
