Test and Improve eye muscle movement and control. Our Eye Exercise Ball has many of the same functionalities as that of the well-known Marsden Ball.
This simple tool should not be overlooked. For a family this solution could be the most effective for most, if not all.
Benefit everybody (using glasses or not) and including athletes.
During exercises, let the ball move in specific directions while the child follow the ball. While performing the exercises the child’s head should not move, only the eyes. To control the ball’s motion, this exercise ball has some weight (made from natural wood).
For Athletes: Marsden ball exercises an athletes improve his or her performance. Hand-eye coordination and tracking are essential skills for many types of sports. The exercises also improve peripheral vision, allowing an athlete to see action on the sides of the field or court without turning his or her head.
Exercises are sometimes performed on wobble boards or other devices that help improve balance. Depending on the exercises, the child is asked to sit, stand, walk or lie down while keeping their focus on the balls. The balls can be raised or lowered as needed to help improve common vision disorders, make reading easier, or improve sports performance.
Use the eye patch to strengthen a lazy eye in order to improve convergence (both eyes work together).
It consists of a white flexible cord, approximately 8 feet in length, hanging vertically with a wooden ball at the end.
